If an issue cannot be resolved internally, you may file a complaint with the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (“THECB”) by sending the required complaint and other forms either by electronic mail to studentcomplaints@thecb.状态.tx.us, or by mail to THECB, 总法律顾问办公室, P.
